        The friendly staff, the clean environment , the accessibility to the units, and the location at Bellerose. If only one thing I can complain about . Is the price increase. It is not good that the storage unit prices just keep rising. There is no extra space provided nor was I allowed to upgrade to a bigger unit for the price I ended up paying for a very small unit. 4x6 maybe! IF ONLY PRICES WOULD STAY REASONABLE, AND NOT BE RAISED CONSTANTLY, YOU WOULD DO EVEN BETTER.

        Nice place, bathroom could be cleaner and needs a hook on door. Hard to use bathroom and there is no place to put your bag or jacket. Also the cellar floor storage has a mothball smell. And it's weird that there are no camera in the hallways. They only have cameras in or around elevator. This is not good because someone could break into your unit, wheel the stuff out and onto the elevator and nothing you could do about it. It could be more secure. Also beware of preparing.
