My experience with Darren the Manager in the last week have been very professional, courteous and helpful. I feel like family and he is always willing to accommodate when I get there if its close to the 15 minutes before closing cut off time.

Brian at this particular CubeSmart location was a lifesaver for us. At the end of a long moving day, we discovered our couch wouldn't fit up the stairwell into our new apartment. We found this CubeSmart nearby, and ran over to see if they could help us out. Brian went above and beyond to help us find the cheapest available first floor corner unit that we'd be able to maneuver the couch into, and he stayed a few minutes after closing to make sure we were able to get the couch in and all the paperwork sorted. It truly saved us on a very stressful day. And when we went back to pick the couch up and close out, he remembered our names and our story. Bonus: first month was free, aside from the sign up fees and insurance, so it was all very affordable, too. 10/10 would recommend.
