        I've been using my unit since February. Almost two months ago, I finally needed in to get some winter coats and whatever. My lock would not open. The woman on the phone informed me when I got the unit they were supposed to provide me with a new lock, which of course never happened. I've been emailing them so someone can cut the lock and let me in but they haven't responded once. Finally calling again tomorrow but don't have much hope. Might just call the fire dept. They could definitely let me in.

        Absolutely do not use this for storage! I can never access it and customer service is rude and unhelpful! They give you a digital key but there website will never load. The storage is in the basement so when trying to open the door you have no service so can't open the door unless you have someone hold your phone outside while you are inside. They say they have internet it doesn't work at all. There is a constant beeping that is going off 24/7

        Everythings good, assistance by phone is usually on point. Only reason they lose a star is cuz they say its 24 hrs but its not.
