My experience here have been the worst. Ive called over 7 times for a refill of my prescription which was a cream. I also had a televist with the doctor which she never called me for. I was told she was on vacation, def did not make any sense. Why make an appointment for a televisit if she was on vacation. The wait is always so long even if you have an appointment or not. The doctor seems quite unprofessional. They dont respect our time.

Horrible wait time and response!!! Been calling for the last three weeks trying to refill very important medication and have been told at least 8 times that it will be done..NEVER HAPPENED!!! Had to make an appointment to ensure the prescription gets filled, arrived at 11 for my appointment and 2pm STILL WAITING!!! Asked the receptionist (who hes been doing his best to calm the situation) if the Dr was in and found out shes not even here. This is ridiculous, also had 4 prior telemedicine visits in which she was a no show. There needs to be a better system whether it is more staff, better time management or the Dr showing up for her appointments. A complete waste of a work day.

Dr. Bryant always has a professional and friendly bedside manner. She takes the time to explain things and you don't feel rushed when you meet with her. Her staff are friendly and professional. The only thing is that the office can get crowded and you may have to wait a bit
