Best Medical Care, PC. - Ozone Office

I would highly recommend Best Medical Care. Dr.Sazia has been my doctor for a number of years now and is an amazing doctor. The staff is very professional and help with all my needs. They can work around my busy schedule with in office and phone appointments. Best medical care also have a few offices which cater to womens health (GYN), pediatric care, and family health. I find this very helpful since the office is located right down the block from where I live. I would recommend Best Medical Care to anyone.

My mother is an individual who is now scared to go back to see Dr. Shazia because of the harassing and intimidating behavior she received from this poor excuse for a doctor. My mom is elderly and unable to do certain things without assistance so she requires an aide. The program requires her doctor to file a yearly request for renewal. Dr. Shazia spent almost 45 minutes yelling and harassing my mother and she had to take it because she was scared the doctor will refuse to do her job and submit the documents required. Dr. Shazia, among the several atrocities done to my mother by this so-called doctor, accused my mother of fraud, indicating "how do I know you aren't just cheating the government to collect money". What kind of doctor does that to an elderly patient? As per the doctor "I will not be doing this again". What kind of doctor intimidates and verbally abuses an elderly patient like that? Best medical care, please address this situation. I will also be contacting the medical board to report this incident.
