        Then WORST customer service. The bank manager Sied, actually told the attendant that was helping me to hang up the the phone with customer service and tried to explain to me that they basically couldnt help me and dont mind loosing my business (I have been a Bank of America client for 15 years both for personal and business accounts). Will be closing my personal and business accounts and switching to Chase.

        Probably the worst Bank Of America I have ever been to. I have been here twice to notarize paperwork and both experiences have been a nightmare. First and Foremost, Mr. Sied has no clue what he can and cannot notarize. As a Law Enforcement Officer, I would never jeopardize someone position by having them notarize something that they cant. For him to look at me and completely tell me NO when I know for certain that he could (they have done it in the past) is mind boggling. First, Mr. Sied wouldnt do it because my signature was already on it. My bad for doing so. I then went made new copies and brought them back. Waited over 20 minutes for his arrival from a lunch break for him to tell me that he was not going to notarize the paperwork. Was it racially motivated? He did read the Affidavit several times. I even answered several questions he had on it. To which I did not have to go into detail. I thank you Mr. Sied for your professionalism. Because this is all I needed to part ways with Bank Of America. I will be taking my services and account to CHASE. #knowyourjobSied!!!!!!!!!!
