        Yelp Need to update their stars because ZERO need to be an option! I rented a car from here Feb 8th through my insurance company. Now due to car parts being in back order for such long periods of time I went over my 30 allotted days from the ins. Company. Two days before March 8th these ppl began calling me and I acknowledged to them I was aware of the deadline and advised I would need it for a couple days more while my car was being finished. Welp that wasn't enough! They called me everyday with an issue and each person I spoke with swiped my card 3/3 3/8 3/9. Called me today asking for another card to swipe. It's supposed to be a $300 deposit but yet they had swiped so much I had $470.41 on hold. They don't have it together and appear to not be on the same page here. I've never had this experience in other locations. This is really not a good business practices!
