        avoid this branch at all costs. went here for a commerical loan and they said they can do 20 percent down with a non-recourse loan. Then i got there and they put me on the phone with a banker and they said it was 20 percent down and only recourse. Trey and Daryl are both a waste of time. Avoid at all costs.
