Terrible Property manager. They sound caring on the phone, but they do not care. They lie and say differently via email just to save face. They said its just a business to them. They do not care about tenants and it shows. RUN!

This is Excalibur Equities they are hiding behind a different name. The address is 111 Great Neck Rd, Great Neck NY. I've been a perfect tenant the manager told me on phone they would extend me for 3 months, then wrote at the last minute to tell me they would jack up the rent 28% over neighbor in identical unit (due to "inflation") and only extend 12 months due to "change in management policy." Totally gutless and heartless landlord I've lived in 10 apartments in New York area they are officially the worst.

Their super at one of their buildings has an elaborate setup for access to cameras to watch the comings and goings of tenants so he can rob the apartments. Don't turn over your keys to the super. If access is needed make sure you are present for any and all work.
