Weve lived in the East Village with ADRENY for the last three years and had a great experience. Weve had almost no issues with our apartment, the building has been clean and well maintained and any issues we have had have been quickly resolved. Danielle and Brandon have been professional and great to deal with. Theyve dealt with us fairly and kindly during the pandemic. Weve loved living here and are extremely sad to leave the building and would definitely recommend the building and ADRENY in future.

Overall, leasing with AD Real Estate went very well. It was an old building, so there were issues along the way, but they were very timely and tentative when those issues came up. They were also fair with rent and didn't increase it unreasonably when I renewed. I would recommend them.

Danielle is super helpful! Tenet for 2.5 years, management is fast getting back with you and easily solves any problems. Definitely recommend!

I lived in 410 W 22nd for a year and had nothing but a great experience with the team that managed the property. Anytime something came up they provided immediate attention. The staff is friendly and their service is some of the better Ive experienced in NYC.
