I booked a room on a Friday and got woken up to a church sermon at 730pm right underneath my room loud abnoxious singing and music. Then it stopped and was woken to drunks screaming and yelling in the hallway. Nice place but no good control or communication with guests

We loved it here. The staff were so kind and went the extra mile for us to be comfortable. The food was so delicious. I would stay here again.

I was visiting family upstate and rested here for a night on the drive back to NYC. The hotel itself looks new and clean from the lobby to the room itself. I stayed in a King room on the 3rd floor and the room was very clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable so I got a great night's sleep. My room was pretty quiet. There is a $30 pet fee, which I paid for my small dog. There's free coffee, tea and hot chocolate in the lobby. The front desk staff were all very polite and friendly. The free breakfast in the morning was OK, but I've had better. Overall, it's a clean, simple, comfortable stay. There was a mix-up in my hotel bill, which was frustrating and took a few days to resolve. As a result, I took off a star for customer service. But overall it's nice, clean place to stay in this area.
