        Very happy with Bill's prompt service. He has always made me feel like I am a priority as I always hear back from him quickly when I have a question or need his help with something. I am sure that there have been times that I could have saved some money going elsewhere but it's not always about the money. I am happy to say I get more than what I pay for.

        If you're looking for a small-town feel and personal touch from your insurance agency than the William Strauss Agency is just that. Makayla Strauss was literally a rock star in her diligence and responsiveness to my needs. A certain online auto retailer cancelled my vehicle pick-up THREE times and offered no excuse. This meant Makayla had to issue at total of FOUR sets of insurance cards, including the final set for a local dealer purchase. I felt bad providing the ridiculous updates, but Makayla never missed a beat and provided everything I needed quickly. Outstanding service!!
