        Nice stop after a long road trip. Beds were very comfortable and the shower was perfect, good pressure from the shower head. Gave it 4 stars because I was really looking forward to the pool and jacuzzi but the pool was cold and the jets werent working in the jacuzzi.

        Place has turned into a dump used to like staying here but stinks now and there is no up keep definitely going to start looking for something different

        Cheep hotel that the halls smell of cigarettes and weed. The hotel is so close to the freeway that I had a hard time sleeping with how loud the road noise was all night.

      Hi Jeffery,We apologize on the onset for the inconsiderate guests who do smoke. We wish to let everyone know that our hotel is entirely non-smoking. There are designated areas for smoking outdoors away from the hotel building. Some guests may choose to do it close by the entrances which is prohibited by law. We do encourage guests to be kind in understanding that other guests could have respiratory or health issues that may get triggered because of the smoking.Any guests choosing to smoke inside the rooms are immediately removed from our hotel once our investigation leads us to such guests.Again we are sorry that the experience was less than ideal during your stay.Sincerely,Guest Relations ManagerComfort INN Glenmont
