I had the worst stay I've ever had at a hotel here, they charged me for a week I didn't stay, power kept going out, washer and dryer dont work, and needed to get a new door key every night because the door lock battery was low

Worst hotel, checked into a room after 12 hour shift with my coworker, and woke up sick do to a patch of mold 2 feet long hiding behind the door. I had to check out do to work cutting short and told I would have a refund and its been almost 2 weeks and no return

Neat and clean. Staff was unaware how to handle free stay with points awarded. Called his cohort to guide him.

I stayed here for one night and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I was wrongfully charged a pet fee for my emotional support animal despite presenting official paperwork. Additionally, the room I stayed in was incredibly dirty. There were stains on the walls and in the morning I noticed there were ants all over the room, mainly climbing through the crack in between the floor and the shower in the bathroom. Management was incredibly dismissive of the ant infestation and despite my continued follow ups to try and reach a manager or owner, no one ever called me back.
