This has been thee most inconsistent service Ive ever experienced. I must admit that most of the associates I spoke with although they have been extremely professional and helpful however they ALL had different reasons as to why my funds were not available on time. So far my PFL has never been on time and its unfortunate because here I am out on maternity, theres inflation and well lets not state the obviousthe bills dont stop. Nonetheless every two weeks I have to make a phone call to find out where my PFL is and when it will become available, RIDICULOUS and very unprofessional. Most of the time a representative has to personally reach out to an examiner for them to even begin to facilitate the funds to my account. What type of company is this and what exactly are they doing with the money???? Ive read the reviews and most people have similar complaints. Im honestly disappointed that my job would choose and associate with such a company.

Shelter Point is a Horrible Company! Any employer that uses this company for Paid Family Leave for their employees, please dont!!! I am warning you! Please dont! They dont pay on time. My wife had this company while she was out on Maternity leave. And they never paid her on time. Always a delayed. Always an issue. My wife couldnt be at peace with her newborn due to their unbelievable and ridiculous behavior and action. If you have bills and rent to pay you will be screwed. You will be left out with no money for a long period of time. They also lie. Always an excuse Therefore for the love for your family and peace of mind please for your employees dont use this company. Shelter Point are not a trustworthy company at all. My employer knows about it. And they will never use them ever again!
