From the moment I first called for a quote, they made me feel welcomed, taken care of and answered all my questions. You can tell how passionate they are to help you find the best policy at the most reasonable price----they truly care about you, which is incredibly rare. I had been in a difficult situation trying to find affordable flood insurance and was given their number. John spent a tremendous amount of time hunting down the right carrier to find me what was truly an unbelievable premium. I am forever grateful and look forward to doing business with The Town Agency for many years to come. I am already recommending them to all my friends and family.

This agency helped me save over $750 a year on my homeowner policy. I had the same insurance company for over 20 years and I didn't realize there are other options being I live close to the water. This agency and their staff worked with me to actually get better coverages than I had and offered more options. I recommended my friend and he saved a ton too.

I do not usually write reviews but my savings was so large that I had to. I was paying over $2,700 for my insurance and The Town Agency was able to write a policy with the same coverages for $1,639. My only regret is not switching sooner.
