        I asked if they have a new one for a tote bag in store. They said no and gave me the displayed one. The lady who seems to be the manager told me that bag was just put on display yday. When I got home and took a closer look, all the four angles at the bottom are having serious color fading. Looks like it has been tried many timesMake sure you check your items in store bc they dont care at all. The girl who helped me find my shoes was super nice and sweet.

        Eh. Ally was very nice over the phone, but the customer service was just one shade off unpleasant in person. One employee in particular tried to give me a hard time for exchanging my jeans. Have had much better experiences at the Manhattan store locations.
