My mom Lucille Burtnett is a resident on the 10th floor. she recently came down with the flu and has been treated on the 3rd. floor. The staff has been absolutely terrific. They are always there to answer any questions or concerns I have about my mom.Tamara the head nurse on the 10th floor has been monitoring her progress. She contacted me this morning on a Sunday to give me the most recent update. Tamara is absolutely wonderful. She goes out of her way to assist the families of her residents and my mom loves her. I tell everyone how GREAT Dry Harbor is highly recommend it for their family members.

My father, Jeremiah OMahony was on the 10th floor for a number of months to receive rehabilitation. My father has asked me to say a huge thank you to everyone who took such great care of him during his stay. Special thanks to Tamara, the nursing supervisor on the 10th floor. Tamara, you were so kind to my father. He speaks so highly of you for your kindness and ability to listen to his requests. You turned out to be his good friend and he knew he could always depend on you. He holds you in such high regard and is forever grateful for your excellent care. Other staff my father would like to mention are Curtis, Pauline and Carley (hope Im spelling Carleys name correctly!) Curtis, Pauline and Carley - you were 3 very special people to my father during his rehabilitation and he is so grateful to the 3 of you. You made life easier for him when you appeared. Thank you for your hard work and kindness. Also, many thanks to Social Workers - Zyrra Pabalan and Eliana Lewis. Thanks to you both for your kindness, diligence, commitment and approachable manners. And of course to all the physio staff who got my father back walking again. You are all wonderful. All in all, Dry Harbor is a fine establishment. Spotlessly clean with high standards of hygiene, fantastic food, and overall great personal care. Thank you for everything over the last 3 months.

The five star review is for the care my mom was given at Dry Harbor. Every staff member treated her respectfully with heartfelt kindness, and joy. Nurses, aides, rehabilitation personnel, dietitian custodial staff everyone worked as a team for my moms benefit Each member took excellent care of mom and communicated frequently with me so I always knew exactly what was happening. Anything she needed they took care of. Anything she wanted she just had to ask. This 5 star review is for the behind the scenes staff ; Galina Mantorova, social worker who answered every single question I had. If she didnt know the answer she researched and got right back to me. It was truly a comfort knowing she was working hard and looking out for my mom. Abe Moshel was another wonderful person whose expertise guided me through the financial aspects. The building is old, but my moms room/bathroom was always clean. And I must mention the rehab facility itself is terrific. Thank you again to all.
