Scams people, alters contracts fraudulently, commits illegal acts, and threatens people. Most dont have the means to stand up for their rights. They have a few companies but Vincent Gianelli is behind it all. Loretta, Linda and Vincent have already been investigated by the government is what we were told by the government. Chestnut lake campground is another business they have.
Update: it appears that Vincent Gianelli altered a will and testament and tried to steal property in the past and the court reversed the theft.

Du Rite Reality has the best agents. Helped my family with an appraisal. They walkes us through everything and got us the price within a couple of days. Receptionist is great as well and very helpful.

I want to tell you about my experience with Durite realty.  When we signed the contract the listing agent asked me if I would sign up for a year.  I told them we didn't want to commit for that long. They suggested to leave it blank.  A month later I lost my contract and asked for a copy of my contract.  Suddenly it stated 365-day contract   There were few people who wanted to see my house.  I found that strange because my house was in Whitestone NY.  A very desirable neighborhood and a very desirable house.  I reached out to some Real estate agent friends and they told me my house was listed for 1% and no agent would show it for that commission.  I called the listing agent and told them to put it at 2%.  As soon as they listed it at 2% for outside sales we were flooded with people seeing the house.  Once we received a good offer we excepted.  DuRite realty  represented my buyers as well.  Once we excepted the offer they put us off for 1 month. without a signed contract and they would not show my house. No matter how many times I asked.  They kept on telling me the contract will be signed tomorrow.  There was over a month of tomorrows. I asked them to keep showing the house until we had a signed contract. They kept on telling me no body wanted to see it.  Once again, I called on my real estate friend and they informed me on the listing it stated that only agent could receive offers.   I found out that they were turning down people to see the house.  At that point I realized they were trying to keep the sale in house.  The code of ethics for realtor's states that a realtor should put their clients best interest in front of their own.  They clearly were not doing that.  My deal was contingent on my buyer selling their house.  The agents told me that my buyer had a buyer and he had $4,000000 in the bank. Durite realty confirmed the funds and we decided to sign.  We were told it was a solid deal.   What du-rite realty did not tell me when they verified funds was the money was in Israel.  Israel would not release the money due to some legalities, the deal fell through. That deal tied our hands for 4 months we could not show our house If I knew the funds were not in the united states I never would have signed.  I asked Du-rite why they withheld this information from me.  They stated they legally didn't have to tell me.  They delayed the sale of my house by about 5 months.  It was a terrible experience.  I Asked Durite to let me out of the contract and they said no, get a lawyer.  I am telling my story, so nobody has a similar experience.  If you do hire this agency make sure you see how long you sign up for, make sure they have your house listed at least 2% for outside agents. and please also make sure that you can entertain offers as well as your listing agent.  Beware of this agencies practices.

These guys shook my hand on a deal along with the seller then rented the apartment to someone else. They left me in a serious pinch costing me lots of money, time and stress.
