Betsy was truly five stars all around! Her local knowledge, professionalism and level of care was beyond exceptional. As a first-time homebuyer, the process was new and overwhelming, but Betsy walked me through each step of the process from start to finish, and she always made time to address my many questions. Betsy Pollak listed and sold my co-op and the entire experience was professional and smooth from start to close. Betsy was very attentive to my needs and concerns, very responsive and direct in her communications, and facilitated a very successful (and fast!) transaction. I appreciated her experience, her expertise, and her use of an excellent professional photographer who took beautiful photos of the property. I highly recommend her and am continuing to work with her to find my new home. P.S. Ive known Betsy Pollack for about six years. I contacted her regarding an ad she placed for a coop in Little Neck, NY. She quickly called me even though she was on vacation. I told her what I was looking for and she showed me several apartments that she thought would be perfect for me. I made an offer and Betsy took care of everything for me. The process went quite smoothly. Recently, I called Betsy to tell her that I was moving to Florida and asked her if she would sell my apartment, she immediately came to the apartment, believe it or not had an open house in December and got me 2 great offers. Betsys husband is also my attorney and he and Betsy took care of the apartment and closing because I needed to leave for Florida before The apartment closed. Betsy is modest, kind, hard working and an absolutely lovely person who is considerate and knows everything about real estate to make the process easy for you,whether your buying or selling, shell get the job done.
