I would give 10 stars if possible, as she is worth every bit and more. Belinda is an extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and professional realtor. Not only is she competent, her positive, upbeat attitude, and amazing problem solving abilities alleviated the overwhelming stress of being a first time homebuyer. In fact, I would not be a homeowner now if it werent for Belinda, as my case wasnt exactly a slam dunk. Prior to meeting Belinda, I had people give me discouraging information but Belinda had strategies that made me decide it might be worth a shot. To me, its nothing special when someone does something anyone can do. Belinda, however, is truly special and simply AMAZING at what she does. She was alway available to answer any questions, was very responsive to all my requests, and whenever issues arose (while I was having a near heart attack,) she tackled and resolved everything without flinching an eye! At the end of every interaction, she made me rest easier knowing that I am in good hands throughout this entire process. I will only be dropping one name if and when my friends and family need anything related to real-estate. To me, Belinda was a godsend. THANK YOU!

Belinda did a terrific job selling my father's coop. Even though it took a long time to sell the unit, Belinda always worked extremely hard, trying new strategies and remaining upbeat at all times. Her positive attitude and strong work ethic were critical in ensuring we received a good price for the unit. She is a wonderful person and I highly recommend her.
