Please pay attention. If you arent actually selling a house and ready you wont get assistance , or trying to get a hold of an apartment or if you arent South Asian (Indian like the realtor) you wont get any type of support or assistance. I tired to get a apartment and I was ready to rent it and had said yes, had the money ready to get the apartment. Then the realtor did not care if I had the money or if I had the paperwork ready, he had ghosted me . Did not answer back to my messages or phone calls which is not professional at all, did not give an explanation. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. Please go somewhere else. Unprofessional. He will only negotiate if you have a business to sell . He only chases big money businesses. Does not care for minorities/ families who are looking for a place to rent.

We put our house on the market just as Covid came to NY. Ana was very professional and prompt with market analysis and dealing with clients. The house was a tough sell. It needed a fair amount of work. She had buyers, but covid scared them away. She did not give up. Ana sold our house for a reasonable amount of money and assisted in many situations to facilitate that sale. I live in North Carolina, so her assistance was crucial. Thank you Ana and the team at Wagner and Kelly!!!!
