In this way you can 10x your revenue and I saw your every competitor has a good website. It's my humble Suggestion for you. Because I have built 100+ website for real estate agencies that's why i know about this. If you wanna beat your competitors you must a high quality website and it's a one time investment and you can boost your sales to 80%. Best of luck.

These people are dishonest. Showing overpriced apartments and telling me its going to be purchased immediately but forgot to mention it has been on market for a while. Square footage is highly exaggerated. And also they advise you to fake some documents for the board review

Buying a Co-op is not as easy as it looks, please choose a Realtor who is a Co-op specialist. Just because you get approved for a certain amount by your mortgage broker that doesn't mean the Co-op board will approve you. I found this out the hard way..You have to have a debt to income ratio of 20%. Check this before looking. With all that said, Sandra was the sellers agent and she help my partner and I through all the difficult financial requirements. She has a very sweet disposition and is extremely knowledgeable about the Co-op process, board packer, and knew people at the management company... If your interested in buying a Co-op speak to her first, she will put you at ease and let you know what to expect & not try to sell you anything out of your budget.... My Co-op is a happy home all thanks to her.
