Queens Quality Management

The year 2023 is not even half way, I was charge 3 times assessments. The maintenance bills is not well kept. They can not explain where the charges came from, the check was returned but they never tell they change their address, they did that purposely just to get late fee.

I have never encountered such a poor response from a management company. They call tselveens quality management. How ironic!   After numerous phone calls and emails, there was no response regarding the fact that they are holding onto my security deposit despite me leaving  My apartment and the building in impeccable condition.  If you're looking to move into any buildings managed by this company, stay away they are bad news.

I have no idea why my co-op uses BL Management, but it does.  You cannot get help from them if your life depends on it.  "Can I take a message?"  That is all I ever get.  Can't even leave a voice mail anymore.  If you do reach someone, they tell you to talk to the super, who is only borderline competent and currently won't even wear a mask.  I own my property and pay a carrying cash on top of that, but cannot get service or get treated with respect.

Absolutely rude and useless management company. They're calling themselves Queens Quality Management now...there's nothing "quality" about them. The girl who answers the phone is cold. Joe Donofrio and Christina Donofrio have no manners or respect for anyone; I suspect neither one of them has ever had a real job. They rarely respond to emails or return phone calls. When they do, their standard response to my concerns is, "well no one else is complaining". How is that acceptable? I have no idea why my co-op uses this worthless company since none of the shareholders are happy with them, though I think the co-op board president is paid to keep the relationship going. She's equally bad for the building as this so called "management company".
