        horrible experience. got into an argument with an employee after they tried to raise the price of a ring by $160 for no reason. insulted my mother in law and expected us to not say anything back. DO NOT COME HERE.

        Mita Jewelry is one of the most rip-off stores ever. I went there for exchange my jewelry the net weight of the jewelry on their scale was 4.2 grams total, and noticed something was wrong. So I went to an another jewelry store and the net weight of my jewelry came out was 8.5 grams. I was shocked to see that Mita jewelry associate trying to ripped me off. The associate was also rude! BRING YOU OWN SCALE with you. Dont trust their equipment. Hope someone else finds this useful.
