If I could give this place zero stars I would. Have gone there in the past to get my watch battery replaced. Went in recently and the woman pretended to know how to change a battery and ended up breaking my good watch. I had to take my watch to a different jeweler who is going to try and repair the damage. Stay away from this place.

I have being coming to this store for 10+ years, the jeweler is honest and the best in the neighborhood, he always repairs my jewelry for a very fair, never high price! I would highly recommend him!

SCAMMERS - WATCH SWITCHED My wife came in today to add some links to a lovely new watch that she received as a gift. After a few hours, she went back to retrieve her watch and found that they replaced her new watch (with tags) with an old scuffed watch of the same model (the watch was clearly used and the tag was "lost"). My wife confronted the worker and then he got aggressive - she was shaken by the incident. I'm filing a police report and a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to warn others of the s business practices here.

The jeweler is very friendly and quick with repairs. Lots of items in stock, from low-end to much higher, and some items of limited edition, impossible to find elsewhere. Some items are antique, and all prices are fair. Conveniently located within Rego Parks subway station, by the middle entrance.
