They say they clean Ugg boots the best. After hearing the rumor, I went and saw the price. I didn't want to do padding anywhere. I received it in clean and neat packaging, like a new product. It has become my new favorite store. I really recommend it

To the Crystal Laundromat place and the lady who is Chinese who accused me and humiliated me in front of everyone . Making me take my wallet to check even my pockets . To then laugh along with the other women who is there to say it was a mistake . They counted there money and said it was there fault . I told them check your cmaras because I will not be accused .There was no apology after I said you accused me and no apology after you humiliated me . I was beyond upset and a client for more than 5 years. The nerve to accuse me and to even make me take my wallet and have me pull out my pockets. I left crying and I WILL NEVER RETURN ! I will seek to speak to the owner because this was not right .

Lady try to add a few pounds to my drop off by blocking the scale. I peeped over and saw she add weight. Took my clothes and went down the block to the other laundromat and it was 7 pounds lighter than what she told me.
