        It was my first time here and the staff was absolutely clueless as to how to work the washing machines them selfs. I ended up paying double of what I would usually pay in another place. The softener stayed in the machine and wouldn't come down. The dryings took more than a roller per machine to dry properly . Definitely my last time here .

        This place is less than a block away from my house - very nice. Super clean, with folding tables and hanging racks. Highly recommend this place to any NYer.

        It's a good place, but it's almost always very crowded and the staff either doesn't help you when you ask for help or does so reluctantly, and if you say something to them they get angry or throw your things away without asking. It's leaving because there is no other place open 24 hours but it leaves a lot to be desired.
