        this specific branch decided to close my account for "demarketing" purposes - went to pick up the check for balance and when i requested for latest statement because i lost all access online, the rep told me to come back tomorrow because it was 10 minutes before closing. how long does it take to print a statement? place is a joke of a bank

        Worst bank everI go every month to deposit money and there always a wait for no reason not enough staff and staff is rude. I miss Alexa she was very friendly and helpful.

        The teller working at this branch are not nice, especially one Spanish woman. they are arrogant and rude. Who do they think they are? They are just bank teller! Nothing to be proud of.
