    I would give them a zero if I could. I can't believe the nightmare I am having with them. I ordered a new stove ,refrigerator and microwave February 20 th the microwave was on back order so I told salesman when everything comes in they can deliver it all together. So I got a email saying everything was going to be delivered on March 9th they came without microwave and told my husband that someone with priority got it and they will let me know when it comes in and they will deliver it. Then my stove top panel looks like they bungeed it too tight and squished it. My refrigerator draw won't come out so they send a deliver guy to look at it a week later after telling me a service guy was coming and he can't fix it so now that's 2 Saturdays I had to wait for them Then they tell me a service guy has to look at refrigerator but they will deliver microwave and stove I told him deliver it all together. They are coming now tomorrow with everything If I could've canceled my order I would have but I would have to pay a crazy amount for restocking fees Asked to speak to a district manager and was told that's what store manager is for. Sometimes you have to go above the store manager and as a customer you should be able to talk to a higher up if not satisfied

    My experience with PC Richard's has been a nightmare that I wouldn't wish on anyone. I bought a Sealywas 800 mattress on 3/2/2021, invoice 44-994259 and after about 6 months to a year, I started experiencing severe back pain. When the technician came to inspect the mattress, he found that it was severely sunken in, indicating that it was damaged when I purchased it. PC Richard's agreed to let me choose another mattress, and after hearing good things about the Tempurpedic mattress, I selected one that cost $1,925. The new mattress was delivered on 7/7/2022, but soon after, I began experiencing even worse back pain, affecting my lower back, neck, and overall comfort. Despite reaching out to customer service and sending emails, I have received no help or resolution. The pain I endure has brought me to tears almost every night. The new mattress seems to exacerbate the problem, potentially due to the damage caused by the original mattress. I also purchased a Eno Sleep base thats a waste of money and vibrates loud on the ground only uses once. That cost 899.98 that I don't even use. All I want is to finally get a good night's sleep. After opening a PC Richard's credit card, I purchased a mattress and base totaling $2,825. With a remaining balance of $600 to pay off, I am determined to have them take back the useless base and the terrible mattress so I can finally get a good night's sleep. This experience has severely disrupted my life, from sleeping on a sunken mattress for a year to the new mattress affecting my sleep negatively. This situation is unacceptable, and I deserve the best mattress they offer as compensation for the ordeal I have been through. I have been dealing with this issue for too long, and I urgently need a resolution to this matter.

    I am so sorry to say PC RIchards has let us down. We purchased a stove back in Jan and when it came and was deliverred, was fine however, the first time we used it the stove made a loud humming noise no matter what function. We were told that this is normal when the repair man came, First problem the salesman never told us that these convetional stoves have a seperate cooling fan and the motor makes noise, Not very informative. We then purchase a regular stove not a convetional and still have not received it, so two months without a good stove, The mgr at the store can not give a delivery day, why have no idea, but I did get a call saying it would be delivered Friday and now am told that it isnt even in the store. Bottom line one hand does not know what the other is doing and we thought they would be better then Home Depot well surprise they are not.

    i would give zero stars if I could but the site will not allow it. A month ago I reported a problem with my very expensive 3 year old refrigerator that is constantly breaking. This time it is serious. Loud noise like it is going to explode and water leaking. They sent G & G appliance who cancelled my appointment twice after they were suppose to show up. Then PC Richards decided to send their own staff. Repair man comes and says that he sees how many problems there are. I finally after another week get an email to schedule an appointment but they cannot give me anything sooner than 2 more weeks. I have called twice to say that its an emergency as the noise is so loud I cannot stay on the kitchen and the water is leaking. All I am ever told by the employees is that they cannot come sooner. DO NOT ever buy anything from them and if you must do NOT pay for a warranty that will never be honored until your appliance has totally died. What a sad time this is. I have been buying appliances form them since 1994. the company is no longer what it once was. It has turned into a horrible business that does NOT care about their customers anymore.
