        The DNS Kelly is a rude n condescending . The place is full of roaches and the dirtiest place ive ever seen. Idk who they are paying to stay open.

        I appreciated the service here, everyone here was kind and helpful to me.All the staff showed true care and love and I got along with everyone. I want to thank Benjamin, Tiffany , edi,and Ms Kelly for all they did for me. Thank you to: Ms.green Ms Harris Ms Covington Stefani Jessica Denise Rose Dale Chris, Bishop Jessey Nicole Maria People from physical therapy and all the staff not mentioned I appreciate you! I highly recommend this place for anyone that needs a rehab facility. I rate this facility A+
