Misplace an order for Evans mills Tim Hortons when I wanted Malone. That was on Sunday the 12th of February. I called and cancelled my order and said it was a wrong order, they refuse to refund my money. Ive the headquarters, they state that a store needs to do the refund. Still they refuse to refund my money even though I called and cancelled the order so no product was recieved because i was about 60 miles away from that store. Why is your store taking money from people and your employees denying any refund and telling me your screwed

What can I say, its a gas station store. However the food is not too bad for being a fast food option! There is a large variety of meals to pick from depending on time of day as well as options for sides. The wait usually isnt too long here and they are customer friendly.
