        They told me I can't rent for personal use no matter what I say because I also have a business with my name in the title of the business. Manager Matt will not allow it because he is afraid of it being used for commercial purposes and was told they would cancel my reservation. Tried to force a box truck on me instead of a van. Have rented numerous times before for both business and personal purposes including a 1200 mile move. They will never receive business from me again.
