The customer service I received at the Watertown store was top notch. Super accommodating and just easy to work with. Would definitely recommend, a new 16' from upsate NY to north FL through every winter road conditions to torrential rain the truck handled great.

This place is horrible, you make a reservation months ahead of time but that doesn't guarantee you a truck. But will give the same size truck to a different renter that made their reservations later

Dan is rental is amazing, great personality and he made sure we had everything needed for the trip. Explained how the air brakes worked and made us feel comfortable. Had issues with the unit and service was extremely rude and unprofessional, loud music in shop. Asked to speak to a manager and Dan was there to inform me that they did not have a manager at this location. What type of business does not have management at a location....we won't rent from Penske again. Dan was great but service and no management turned us away from Penske.
