Never again They speak in Spanish and talk about you very RUDE I had to ask several times for exactly what I want she wanted to do what she wanted not what I wanted and when I gave her a tip which btw I didnt even want to she complained to the male who I think is the owner and he agreed it was not a good tip Stay away for a local place if that poor attitude continues I dont think they will last

Love doing my nails here. Everyone knows what theyre doing and they do it great! Hilda, Elena, Rosa, Eli are all amazing at what they do. Spa pedicures and back massages are also a hit!

I went to get my nails done a week ago, had my appointment booked for 11am, and I waited for 15 minutes before they had started. They started the process of soaking off my nails and she was rushing to file off my nails (with the E-File) and cut my finger. I asked if she cut my cuticle and to let me see it. She put a paper towel over it and wouldnt let me see the cut. After the bleeding stopped she continued to file my nails. The nail technician kept getting up to help other customers, and getting things for other technicians. Finally the polish was off and we started shaping the nails and she had gotten up again to start someone elses pedicure mid way through my appointment, and I was already there for an hour and 15 minutes!! If youre going to go to Allisens Nail and Spa. Go as a walk in only. They DO NOT prioritize appointments. They double and triple book with no staff to take on that type of booking. Service: Manicure

Called to get a wax, they told me to come in. Came in had to wait ten minutes - Mimi did the wax she did a great job on everything except the lower legs. She left lots of hair behind and I showed her all the hairs she left behind but she was in a rush because someone else came in to do their nails. I was disappointed because the lower legs still have a lot of hair on them that she missed . When it was time to ring up I said to put a five dollar tip and she got mad and said 20 percent is minimum. So then I told her ten dollars but she kept pushing for 15 bucks tip. I would have given the 15 bucks if she would have waxed the legs properly without rushing but because I was left with so many little hairs behind I was not happy with the work. Also she didnt give me a receipt .
