Stay away from this place! Pat is very rude, has an attitude, makes you feel unwelcome, and does not help accommodate you. Horrible customer service. She does not know how to treat customers.

My son has been going here since he was one, last week I called to say we were going to be 10 mins later. the women on the phone was rude and nasty and said she had someone and couldnt take us. After explaining to her I was a working mom that sat in 30 minutes of traffic. She still didnt care, and was nasty and brought up a previous appointment I had to cancel. I honestly see why this business is failing because with customer service like this who wants to pay and be treated like this. The person is terrible for the business and the new owners should be made aware of this!

I never usually write a review, but for all of the working mothers trying to manage a busy schedule this place is not worth it. No flexibility and no patience for children, its actually quite sad to watch the way families who arrive a little late or with children with needs get treated here, avoid.
