For years, Tom Clarke and his nice staff at State Farm have handled my insurance needs promptly and in a friendly manner. Tom is very active in his community - donates to our parish at Holy Spirit, and most recently, a generous donation to the Albany Festival Celebration Choir.

Been with Tom Clark for 2 decades now. Recent snow and ice storm forced us to evaluate damage to our home and review our homeowner's policy. Spoke with Brittany Bonesteel at the office and within 24 hrs had everything set in place to begin cleanup and repairs at my house. Brittany walked me through all of our options, helped clarify language in the policy and made the process so simple. Outstanding customer service!

Mallory was great to work with. She was attentive to listen to what I needed, and quickly came up with a document and amount of obtaining insurance for a rental property. In the meantime, while it went to the underwriters, she kept in touch with me to inform me of where we were in the process, and called me once everything was accepted. I would recommend anyone to use you as an insurance agent.

Every person in this office treats you like youre their only customer. The amazing customer service Ive received from this agency is the reason Ill never switch. They always have your best interest in mind and always do their best to accommodate any situation. Fall behind on your bill and need help catching up? They got you. Walk outside and your back windshield is smashed? They got you! Even if you switch glass companies multiple times to get same day fix and they need to call and verify coverage lol. Angela is my girl in this office she is fantastic! She has helped me tremendously with all my questions and concerns!! And if she doesnt know the answer right then and there she wont stop until she has an answer to give! Plus with a baby she knows how important it is to be in our cars. So when we walked out to our back windshield smashed she helped us shop around and send our policy to the glass companies in a timely manner so we werent charged out of pocket. Also I love how I can text in my questions/concerns and I get answers quick! Alsotexting is so much easier and convenient! You can text in your concern and dont have to worry about taking time out of your day to be on the phone! Ive had previous insurance companies and the customer service cannot compete with this agency! Definitely will recommend to everyone!
