Our roof started to leak and we immediately figured we would get a costly estimate for this work. However, when woodlocked came in, they told us the roof is still in good condition and it was the masonry on the chimney that needed to be repointed. We were so happy for their honesty as this work was a lot less expensive. We hired them immediately and are extremely happy with the finished product. We will be sure to recommend them in the future.

During one of the severe storms this year, we had damage to our house from a fallen tree. I contacted Woodlocked immediately after the storm. They sent Oscar Toro out to inspect the damage. I was told that several shingles needed to be replaced as well as the flashing around my sky light. Oscar gave me a quote for this work which I submitted to my insurance company. The insurance company authorized this work immediately and Woodlocked did the repair. I was extremely happy with the rapid response they gave as well as the quality of the repairs. I will definitely use them again.
