American Awning Window-Siding

STAY AWAY. This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. After signing a contract to have an awning installed and leaving a deposit it was next to impossible to get anyone to return a phone call for any information. They made plans to come do work with out consulting me. When I had an agreed upon appointment I waited at home all day and no one showed. When the installation was finally done it was sloppy and faulty (water was puddling on my roof) When I explained the issue I was made to feel that I was being unreasonable and foolish. Fortunately I had not paid in full and they had to correct the problem if they expected to get paid. The only person who seemed to know what they were doing was the subcontractor who came and corrected the issue. I did not want to give any stars to this company but had to in order to post this review. STAY AWAY FROM AMERICAN AWS

BUYER BEWARE! They installed an awning for me last summer. I have left messages that it is buckling and screws were falling out. It is UNSAFE! Bob assured me last April that it would be priority to fix. (I have 2 toddlers) Needless to say they have not returned. Leon does not return calls. I would not even give them 1 star! Donna
