Trailer Hitches at U-Haul

I'm only giving 3 stars because I booked an appointment online with a specific location at a specific time, which was confirmed by email. Only to show up and have the U Haul staff tell me my appointment was changed to another location at an earlier time, and I wasn't notified. I drove 17 minutes to the other location to get the work done. When the vehicle was ready, I went to pick it up only to find the wrong wiring harness was installed. My ride had already left, and I already missed 1/2 day of work, so I said we will work it out later. When scheduling a time to come back to get the correct wiring harness installed, I was told I would have to pay for the correct harness. I stood my ground and told them no, since I already paid for the correct one. They relented and did replace the harness with the correct one at no additional cost. Over the past decade, this is the third time I've purchased a hitch and had them install it at U Haul. But the first time, I've had issues. I am glad it worked out in the end, but they really need to look at their online booking system. Also, I never found out how the work order got changed to have equipment switched without my consent, big difference between 7 way and 4 pin.
