Great experience at this location, the general manager Phil is so accommodating. We had storage here for the last year and a half, the ease of driving up to our unit is so convenient. Cost is low, we will definitely use again in the future!

Dont even bother trying to get a rental. No one will be around to help whether you have a reservation or not.

Would give -5 stars if I could. This business owner thinks she is better than her customers and treats them like Rent-A-Center shoppers! If you want horrendous customer service, this is the place for you!

This place is a joke there units leak water from the roofs they get infested with squirrels and mice they do nothing about it and fight the whole way trying to use the insurance we paid for a lot of stuff ruined and will not let this go filing in county court in Syracuse to sue them to get money back I recommend if you value your stuff don't go store it at this place you will regret it

Great place! Came here to drop off my 15 footer and take advantage of my 1st month free of storage. The units are reasonably priced, and have enough space for me to drive a car or small truck around the storage area (not inside the unit). The guy at the counter was great and walked me through the whole process. I'd rented a unit before but it's been a while. I recommend this location 100%, my experience was only positive!
