I would like to tell everyone about working with Jen DeCook and the bell home team. my wife and myself have been looking for a long time trying to find a home that we could afford and in the area that we like. Jen was so friendly and professional we felt like we have known her all our lives. she was always there on time and made us feel important calling us and telling us about new homes on the market. she made our closing less stressful. we cannot express how wonderful she really is. we highly recommend Jen and bell home team. You won't be disappointed.

We had an amazing experience with Douglas and Nancy. Very trust worthy and transparent with their clients . They went above and beyond to help us find our dream home. Very flexible and always approachable for their clients . Our experience working with them was just the best . We highly recommend them for our close family and friends as they are very repairable and trustworthy.

We absolutely loved working with Adele in the process of buying our first home! She stuck with us and encouraged us that our house was out there during our ~1 year search in this crazy market. She always responded to us quickly and got us in to view houses asap. She was also available and helpful during the closing process if we had any questions or concerns. The only sad part of finally finding our house is that we won't see Adele anymore! The entire Bell team was great to work with; highly recommend.

We worked with Mark Bell and we found him to be very knowledgeable about the local area; this was essential to us as we just moved into the Syracuse area and we were unfamiliar ourselves. Not only that but he was able to help us see the good and bad in each home and he guided us with his honesty, truly looking out for our best interest rather than just trying to get the sale. Mark will point out things that you may not notice as the average buyer, such as cracks in the foundation and expensive repairs. We also found Mark to be highly skilled in the area of negotiations which is imperative in this competitive market. Last but not least, Mark is a one stop shop for your home buying needs; he provided recommendations for lenders, home inspectors and attorneys who he has worked with in the past and knows to be reputable. This made our home buying process seamless. In addition to being professional and knowledgeable, he was also patient and kind and just an overall good guy. We will definitely be calling Mark when the time comes to sell!
