Samantha went above and beyond to help facilitate the selling of our home as well as promptly submitting an offer for the home we purchased. She focused on finding us a home meeting the criteria we provided without wasting our time showing us homes we wouldnt like. She made the process so easy. When we bought our first home our agent at the time could have been less interested. At our final walkthrough the prior owner was still there with trash and boxes on the ground. The real estate agent did not care. I could never imagine Samantha doing that. She was with us the entire process. We felt so comfortable. After we moved into our new home, she brought us a celebratory new house cake! 10/10 would recommend!

I feel so fortunate to have had Samantha sell our family home. We relocated out of state which can be very stressful as you could imagine.
