Ive been with Evan for many years. So many insurance companies advertise low prices and teaser rates but you get what you pay for. With Evan you get so much more. Hes competitive but what really counts is the personalized service. He knows me and my situation, tailors my coverage to my needs, and I consider him a friend. I can reach out any time, and he or Natalie get right back to me. Ive bought cars on weekends and they get me temp cards right away. The personal caring service is priceless to me. No 800 numbers, no foreign voices that are hard to understand, and no having to search online for answers. Just good old fashioned service!

I have been with the Potter Jones agency for over 25 years. I have always gotten great coverage and a good price . Any time I have a question Ive gotten a response in a timely manner , with an answer that was well explained. Never had a reason to look anywhere else , I appreciate the personal service.

We have been with Potter Jones Agency for 30 plus years. Any issues or claims we have had have been dealt with in timely manner and with a great outcome. We didn't worry about it as we knew we were in good hands and that they would handle everything. Definitely put our minds at ease. They look for the best prices and quality as well.
