I came in today to pay car insurance and home insurance bills. Also wanted to explain an issue I have been having with Drive Safe unit on my car. Jordan was extremely helpful in helping me to figure out what to do with the issue I have been having with it. She was personable and very friendly and hopefully all will be well. She ended up ordering me a new device and removing the problem device for me and I am hopeful this will resolve the issue I have been having. She also provided some printouts for me which is extremely helpful.
