Made first appt. They claim they called and had to reschedule. Literally no voicemail. Second time I had to reschedule due to weather. She gave me a date. I called to verify the time and the person who answered the phone said Cicero is closed. I'm over it. Finding a new place as I have a teen who needs to be seen

Horrible dont go here !!! I wasnt feeling well so I called to reschedule my appointment they said they dont do rescheduling so she canceled and said I have to take my services elsewhere all because Im not feeling well & cant make it which is fine but the lady on the desk whoever she is is very disrespectful!

Wouldnt recommend theyre services front desk lady/ wife is disrespectful and doesnt allow you to reschedule appointments

Reviewing for my husband- had a cleaning done and was told he would need 2 teeth pulled and 2 cavities worked on (one was expected given it was broken). He was not offered explanation of why the other must be pulled. He went back into the office to inquire and when he stated he would rather do a root canal if possible, he was told by staff they didnt expect him to want to pay for it, but that it was an option to do that. He then inquired to schedule an appointment to fix the cavities, they denied this and stated that they didnt have time to deal with someone coming in and out and would contact him. He was not given any paperwork regarding oral surgeons in the area or recommendations either. Very unprofessional all around.
