The best dentist I have ever been to. Dr Singh is the best. He keeps you comfortable the whole time. I just had a tooth extracted and walked out with a smile on my face.

So, I had an appointment at 11.00 I show up and the door is locked?? So, I call. Many times. No answer I leave several messages saying I'm out front and have an appointment and the door is locked..no call back!! I waited 40 minutes then left..never called me back to reschedule or let me know what happened!! I took time off work and planned my day for thos. Still waiting for that call snore...

I had a 3:30 appointment and it was almost 4:00. I still wasn't called in. The waiting room was empty!!! So I asked the receptionist what was going on. She was very snotty and unprofessional. So I had a few words with her. The hygienist then comes out and proceeds to talk over me, telling me that they only have one dentist. I said look did you come out to argue to? She said no I was calling you in. Point is these people set up a 3:30 appointment I got there early, but if I had got there late there would be a late fee. It's not hard to pick up the phone and tell someone that your running behind to come in later, instead of making people just sit wondering what's going on. But after the commotion with the rude receptionist the hygienist was very nice. The dentist was nice. There was another nicer receptionist I dealt with on the way out. The place is nice. They just have that one bad well apparently more than one bad apple seeing that the director of operations Carla fisher-schimdt was just accused of stealing $400,000

Bringing this to the forefront yet again, as their incompetence, rudeness and utter unprofessionalism needs it. I just wanted to bring this to the top. STUPID PLACE THAT DOESN'T CARE ABOUT ITS PATIENTS! I was a patient here for many years and they used to have wonderful dentists who did good work. All of a sudden in January, they decided to tell me over the phone just before a cleaning was scheduled that they no longer took my insurance. How utterly rude and unprofessional. It doesn't matter, though, as recently the service has been sub-par with a crown ill made and them having to grind down my perfectly good teeth to make it fit. Also, they missed finding a cavity forming for that same tooth until it got too bad to save. So yeah, it was their fault I had to get that crown. One of the dentists was very mean, unprofessional and both she and her dental assistant were klutzy, so I asked for a different dentist. I'm sure they didn't like that at all and it showed. I tried complaining to the office manager (whom they said was the complaint department). I got 0 reply from this so-called office manager. The gums around the last filling they did for me still hurt 10 months later. So, good riddance to them. Oh, and I like how in their answers to unhappy patients they claim to be concerned and care about the problems patients faced , when in reality they DON'T CARE, as clearly shown by the office manager never contacting me back!
