Dr Sayed and his staff are professional and knowledgeable! My appts always start on time and they spend the time educating their patients to make sure they understand their condition and treatment plan! My cleaning appts have been thorough! They really provide quality patient care unlike other places i have been to! I definitely recommend this dentist office!!

Disappointed with how the main receptionist handled a situation with my family. The appointment times were miscommunicated to our family and the receptionist was disrespectful towards my mother. This disrespect led to stress not needed.

Went here for my third visit. Appointment made 6 months ago was changed, I was called by office and left a message. I called back went right to voice mail 6 times. Left message to call me back they did not. Went into office 24 hours later and made another appointment. Person said she was very busy, had hard time making changes because of lack of hygienist. On appointment day I saw my third different hygienist on my third visit. This hygienist sat me down told me I needed new X-rays and proceeded to try to take them. She put the film in my mouth and took the same X-ray over and over 7 times. Adjusting and readjusting saying that it is not coming out right and she cant read it. Conferring with another hygienist she said thats the best I can do and we will let the dentist deal with it. The dentist came in never introduced himself an looked in my mouth for 15 seconds before he said I had 2 cavities on the side were the hygienist said the X-ray was unreadable. Never even checking the left side of my mouth he started to leave. At that point I told the dentist I have regular check ups and havent had any cavities for years, and now I have 2. My trust and safety red flag went up after this dog and pony show. I got up to leave and was ushered into the managers office. I was told to pay only 124.00 because I never received the cleaning which is all I came in for. He informed me he was giving me a break. Good luck to you if you go here.
