        1 star is just to much! Came here back after the covid crisis in the summer with my grandparents. We tried to enter through the door and it said drive-thru only. So we got back in our vehicle and went to the drive-thru the line was pretty long also. We sat in the line for about 15 minutes barley moving in line, then a group of people come up to the door, the staff member lets them right inside, so we went back around to park tried to go back inside and the lady told us we do not allow anyone inside at this time as it says on the door. Thats when we got extremely confused & frustrated, we then decided to back into the drive thru and sat for another 20 minutes just for the food to come out only okay nothing great or amazing. This place needs to close doors, worst Wendys Ive ever been too. Who lets others inside and not other people? Are they more entitled to go in than us? Keep in mind an other few people tried entering while those people were inside and those people would not let them in, what an absolute horrible experience. Its worth an extra 10 minutes to drive to the Harriman Wendys, that one is so much better!

        Went through the drive thru 2 nights ago. Soni thought they took my order at the screen was told to drive around get to window they had to take my order over again. Forgot to give me my soda got the girls attention got my soda. Started to drive away and realized no frosty so I backed up as I was the only one there at the time and she said I didn't charge you for it handed me one and said no charge but it was chocolate and we ordered the new orange one. What a mess. Go there a lot and they also have a habit of telling you to pull to the side when there are no other cars in line. This place has been crazy lately.

This place needs to close doors, worst Wendys Ive ever been too. Who lets others inside and not other people? Are they more entitled to go in than us? Keep in mind an other few people tried entering while those people were inside and those people would not let them in, what an absolute horrible experience. Its worth an extra 10 minutes to drive to the Harriman Wendys, that one is so much better!
