        The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We rented for a half a day and had an amazing experience. Boat is easy to use as well so no need to have experience, a lot of places on the lake to rent, but I doubt they have the same customer service as German Brothers! Highly recommend

        It was fantastic. Aiden did a great job on August 6. We rented again on August 10. Mark was great, too. My only concern is that there was confusion that we damaged the boat on August 10. We didn't and it was quickly resolved in a professional manner. However, I plan to photo with time stamps throughout my day of renting any next summer and double check all areas of the boat before signing off. I could have been charged a LOT for damage that we did not do. I do not want to feel that way again. On a very bright note, the team was fantastic overall and went overboard with customer service from the beginning, as usual, especially at check in. Know that if I had damaged your boat, I'd tell you as I was docking it before you even saw it.

      German Brothers Marina and boat dealership is located on the western shore of the beautiful Canandaigua Lake "The Chosen Spot" just 2.5 miles south of Canandaigua. Central in the Finger Lakes area, we are less than 50 miles from Rochester, Syracuse, and Skaneateles, NY. From the New York State Thruway (I-90) take exit 44, travel south on State Route 332 through the City of Canandaigua. At Parrish Street turn right and then take the first left to West Lake Road. Enjoy the lake view on the left for 2.7 miles to German Brothers Marina.
